Also we’re looking forward to serving you on your next trip to Mexico, so as a sample of my appreciation this email will show you the steps and arrival information to help you save a lot of time and make the path through the airport a pleasant process for you and your family.
First of all an ESL representative will welcome just outside the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name written on it. Then move to the cargo area, where you will meet your driver and your vehicle. We have representatives at the airport 24 hours a day, but if for some reason you cannot find our representative, please call me at the numbers shown below to send immediately a representative for picking you up. In case someone inside the airport shows up saying that comes from our company but has no uniform or any sign of ESL on his image, please immediately report this to the numbers shown below. These people will try to everything to make you change your mind saying they’ll take you on our behalf, obviously charging these huge amounts of money regardless you paid or not to ESL Transfer. The complete transportation service is insured for any kind of situations that may occur and also the only extra money you might need is the tip for the ESL driver
The Cancun International Airport asks all passengers departing on international flights should be at the airport at least 2 hours before flight departure. Their time of transfer was scheduled in accordance with its request and taking into account information such as your flight departure time.
Important: Print and bring a copy of this confirmation, it will be requested when you meet the driver at the airport, and if you've decided to complete your payment through PayPal, you also need to present your proof of payment through PayPal to our driver or if you’ve chosen to pay at your arrival, just pay the money to the driver.
Directions: Once you pick your luggage in the band area, opposite to this area you’ll find the exit door that’ll lead you to a corridor. Once you walk down the aisle walk to the very first glass door at your right. There will be a driver awaiting for you holding a sing with your name written on it also with the Company’s Logo. This is completely outside the area where the plane lands.
NOTE: Upon departures, the max time for waiting tolerance is 15mins, after 15 minutes with no passengers around the driver will have to withdraw as they’ve been assigned with many services and they’ve to be made.
If you had any changes in your reservation, please let us know via email, at least 24 hours anticipation.
We are uniformed in blue pants and white shirts, and one ESL logo to the front of the shirt, and on the right there’s the logo of 'ESL Transfers'.
